August saw two new releases: Fade Away and Mish.
Fade Away is a resurrected Aiera track from 2013, and would’ve been one of my final releases under that alias. Spruced up for 2024, it features a buzzy bassline that carries melodic arpeggios and synth lines into a beautiful break and big drop typical of modern progressive releases. This is a self-released track out now on Spotify and many other digital streaming platforms.
Mish, Aussie slang for ‘mission’, is a dreamy progressive trance track with a brooding low end and melancholic keys and arpeggios. It invokes feelings of exploration and adventure. This track is out now on Audio Treatment, a Dutch label who gave me my first official release this year. You can hear it on all good digital platforms, as well as the dance music site Beatport.
Finally, something new is on the way! You can preview Momentum on YouTube, another self-release targeted for November.
It’s been a long and difficult journey to get to where I am now, but I know with hard work and perseverance comes learning and reward, so the momentum won’t fade away while on this mish of mine.
Thanks for taking the time to check out this post! The previous new music post can be found here.
Til next time, tschüss!
